Certified AZDPS LEOSA Instructors conduct the current AZPOST shooting qualification and judgement assessment for retired Law Enforcement Officers to obtain either the Initial or Renewal Arizona LEOSA card.

State requirements apply such as: Arizona residency, retired with at least 10 years of LE service, Agency letterhead, Retired LE Credentials, LEOSA Application, $20.00 cashiers check or money order only.

AZPOST qual requires 40 rounds of ammo, holster, and at least 2 magazines. The qual target and application form is provided. There is moving and shooting required for the qualification so shooters must in appropriate physical shape.
