This course is designed to teach students awareness, avoiding dangerous encounters and the use of safety products to maximize your personal safety. We will introduce a couple techniques to gain distance from an attacker, home safety, electronic safety and use of pepper gel as a defensive weapon.
This course is based on many of the same training principles taught to law enforcement officers and police academy recruits. The objective of this course is to develop a safety mentality to increase chances of escaping to safety should you face an attack.
