AR-15 II starts where the first class left off. This class will have a quick briefing in the classroom, a check of all equipment, and then will be conducted almost entirely at the range. This class has equipment requirements that must be strictly adhered to: you must have a sling attached to your rifle and have the ability to 'zero' your sighting system with minimal guidance. This course is centered around defensive gun handling and not shooting from a bench. The range portion is conducted forward of our shooting stalls, meaning you must be able to physically handle your rifle slung against your body without setting it down. If you need accommodations please contact us ahead of time.

AR-15 rifle, with iron sights or optic attached with at least 2-3 magazines (rentals are very limited and may be unavailable for this course) and a two point sling.
The ability to carry at least one spare magazine on your person: either in a support-side pocket or magazine pouch.

200+ rounds of appropriate ammunition for your specific rifle. No reloads, steel core, armor-piercing, tracer or incendiary rounds, military surplus, or green-tip ammo (please call range for questions). More ammunition is encouraged, which allows you to practice more repetitions in our drills.
Eye and ear protection (electronic ear protection preferred)
Please note our instructors will not install sights or optics on your rifle. If you do not have sights or optics on your rifle and do not know how to install them, please contact us.
Upon the completion of AR-15 I & II, students will receive a training certificate.
