The intro to AR-15 class includes classroom and range time, and is ideal for the new AR-15 rifle owner with limited to no experience with a semi-automatic rifle. In this course, students will learn basic safety fundamentals, AR-15 nomenclature, assembly/disassembly, fundamentals (grip, stance, trigger control, follow through) sight alignment and sight picture, zeroing, optics, along with basic rifle marksmanship. Shooting will be limited to less than 20 rounds.

AR-15 rifle, with iron sights or optic attached with at least one magazine (rentals are very limited and may be unavailable for this course) and a two point sling.

Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance; class rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $25 reschedling fee. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive credit towards another course or store credit, no credit will be given for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.
