
This one day course is designed to help you safely, sucsessfully, and efficiently shoot your handgun outside the static booth. GSIR-200 has a stong focus on breaking down and understanding the fundementals of shooting. From the proper selection of a handgun and the differences between support gear to the mechanics of stance, grip, sight picture, and trigger control. This class is the best way to start the path learning how to really "run" your gun.

Required Gear
• 150 rounds of pistol ammunition
• Sturdy 1.5” Belt
• A functional handgun (No revolvers or micro / pocket pistols, Full size or compact only)
• A Dominant side belt mounted outside the waistband holster
• (2) single magazine pouches or (1) double magazine pouch
• 3 magazines
This is the second class of our CORE level handgun classes.
We strongly recommend you take Basic Handgun GSIR-100 prior to taking this class. All students must meet and maintain GSIR safety requirements. Students who cannot meet the safety needed for this class may be removed from training.

GSIR-200 PRACTICAL HANDGUN 2 NIGHT
This 7 hour course is designed to enable students to understand the fundamentals of handgun accuracy and operation. This course will teach students the basics of holster work, completing reloads, and clearing common malfunctions associated with modern semi-automatic pistols. This course will also examine the components necessary to improve and place accurate shots on target. Class is a 2 night course from 5:30p-9p, if you will be renting our euipment please come a little early so we can get you set up. Required Gear for students must bring: • 150 rounds of FMJ .380 AUTO or larger • Sturdy 1.5” Belt • A functional handgun (No revolvers or micro / pocket pistols, Full size or compact only) • A Dominant side belt mounted outside the waist holster • (2) single magazine pouches or (1) double magazine pouch • 3 magazine min. required **$50 rental fee for rental gear which includes our Sig P320, a holster, 3 magazines, and magazine pouches. ****If our rental guns are used.
